GWC Annual Holiday Party

Our over 40-year GWC tradition continues! This special evening invites all members to join us for an evening of holiday fun. 

We start the evening with a cocktail hour allowing everyone time to catch up with friends new and old. Beverages for the event are BYOB. Next, we'll enjoy a delicious buffet dinner from Wildfire. Finally, the highlight will be our long-standing raucous live charity gift auction, where we bid on your wrapped gifts.  Everyone donates an item, bids on an item, and takes a gift home - it is that simple!

The process is: Bring a WRAPPED gift to the event that has a minimum $30 value. Gifts are auctioned and the winner unwraps their gift to see what they've won!  After all the gifts have been opened and shared, everyone has a last chance to steal a gift (in exchange for a fee) by paying the cost to win the item and an additional $20 donation.  Each gift can only be stolen once.

ADDITIONALLY: If you have a connection to a business that would be willing to donate to the event, please consider asking them to contribute as well. These items will also be part of the raffle.

All money raised at this event is added to our account with funds raised at other events for distribution to local charities that submit a request for funds through our online request for funds form.

In addition to bringing a wrapped gift for the auction, and a beverage to share, we are asking everyone to bring an item to donate to the Northfield food pantry.
